“For with you is the well of life, and in your light we see light.” (Psalm 36:9)

Repeat this passage throughout the day, and especially when you notice sources of light–the sun, the overhead lights that come on when you flip the switch, the nightlight in the hallway.  In the evening sit in silence with an unlit candle.  Have someone read the passage aloud as you light the candle.  Let the flickering light fill your awareness and simply sit in the light for a few minutes.
