“Open my lips, O Lord, and my mouth shall proclaim your praise.” (Ps. 51:15)

During your time of devotion sit in silence for several minutes, resting in the goodness of God.  Then speak aloud this Psalm verse, floating it on the rhythm of your breathing: (inhale) Open my lips, O Lord (exhale) and my mouth shall proclaim your praise.

Prayer: God of all goodness, may nothing unworthy of you pass from my lips today.
