Sitting quietly, close your eyes and become still. Imagine the light of Christ as a warm and flowing presence pouring down upon you. Feel the warmth and light as it flows over your head, relaxing you. Feel it on your shoulders, melting any spots that are tense or tight. Imagine it flowing all down your body. Bask in the sense of comfort and peace.
Prayer: Healer of our every ill, your touch makes me whole.
