Daily Devotion: Easter Sunday

Stand in a doorway and press your hands outward against the doorframe. Push against it as hard as you can, for at least 30 seconds. Then step out of the doorway and feel your arms “magically” float upward, without any effort. Ponder the Pascal Mystery of God raising up Jesus after all hope had been lost. Be prepared to have God lift you up, too – in heart, soul, mind and body – in this life, and in the life to come.
Prayer: God in three persons, Mystery beyond our knowing, in the unity of the Holy Spirit all glory and honor are yours, now and forevermore. Amen.
